1. Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By ticking the box at checkout you accept them.
2. Products
All pieces are handmade in 925 sterling silver (the material of each piece is stated on its page). Because they are handmade, small differences from the photos are normal. Product codes identify each piece.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros and include Greek VAT. Shipping is added at checkout: €10 for Greece and €25 for every other country. Import duties and taxes outside the European Union are paid by you; we contact you about them before shipping. We can correct an obvious pricing mistake before shipping; in that case you may cancel the order for a full refund.
4. Ordering
You choose the piece, its chain length and colours, give us your email and delivery address, choose a payment method and accept these terms. We confirm the order by email. The contract is formed when we send that confirmation. Orders are accepted from private customers only.
5. Payment
- PayPal: you are sent to PayPal to pay with your PayPal account or a card. Your card details never reach our site.
- Bank transfer: the order is reserved and the bank details and a payment reference are shown and emailed to you. Please transfer the total within 7 days using the payment reference; otherwise the order may be cancelled. The piece is made and shipped once the money has arrived.
6. Delivery
Pieces are sent tracked. Delivery takes about 2 to 5 working days in Greece and 5 to 15 working days abroad after the parcel leaves the shop. If a piece needs longer we tell you by email. The risk passes to you when you (or someone you named) receive the parcel.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you (or someone you named) received the piece, without giving a reason (Law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU). To do so, tell us by a clear statement, for example an email to stathiskontarinis@hotmail.com or the form below, before the 14 days end.
Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, unworn and in its original condition, to the shop address above. You pay the cost of returning it. We refund every payment we received from you, including the original shipping, within 14 days of getting the piece back (or of your proof of having sent it), using the same payment method. You are liable for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the piece.
No right of withdrawal exists for pieces made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example custom lengths or measurements, engraved initials, custom belly and body chains) and for permanent jewelry welded on you in the shop (article 3ιβ of Law 2251/1994).
8. Legal guarantee
Every piece is covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a piece is faulty, contact us: we repair or replace it, or refund you.
9. Complaints and disputes
Write to stathiskontarinis@hotmail.com and we will try to solve the problem quickly. Greek law applies to these terms. For consumers, the courts of your place of residence or of Mykonos (district of Syros) are competent.
10. Changes
We may change these terms for future orders. The version shown at the time of your order applies to it.
