Shipping and returns

Shipping

  • Greece: €10 per order.
  • Every other country: €25 per order.
  • Every parcel is sent tracked. You receive the tracking number by email when it ships.

Delivery times

Orders leave the shop within a few working days; we tell you if a piece needs longer. Delivery then takes about 2 to 5 working days in Greece and 5 to 15 working days abroad.

Orders paid by bank transfer are made and shipped once the money has arrived in our account.

Customs and taxes outside the EU

Prices include Greek VAT. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country on arrival and are paid by you. They are not included in our prices: we contact you about any such charges before we ship, so there are no surprises.

Returns: 14 days to change your mind

You can return a piece within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us within those 14 days, then send the piece back within another 14 days, unworn and in its original condition. You pay the return shipping; we refund the price of the piece and the original shipping within 14 days of receiving it back, by the method you paid with.

Personalised and custom pieces (for example pieces made to your measurements, with your initials, or permanent jewelry welded on you) are made for you and cannot be returned, as Greek consumer law allows.

The full rules and the withdrawal form are in the terms of sale.

Faulty pieces

If a piece arrives damaged or has a fault, email stathiskontarinis@hotmail.com with a photo within a few days of delivery. We repair or replace it, or refund you, at no cost to you. Every piece is covered by the two-year legal guarantee.
