This site sets only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage of its own. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media buttons and no videos. The contact page embeds a Google map, which sets cookies of Google (see Third parties).
Cookies
- payload-token: set only when a member of the shop staff logs in to the admin. Keeps them logged in for 24 hours. Visitors never receive it.
Browser storage (not cookies)
These values are kept by your browser on your device and are never sent to any third party.
- cart and cart_secret (local storage): the identifier of your cart on our server and the key that lets your browser read it. Kept until you clear your browser data; the cart itself is deleted from our server after 30 days.
- shippingCountry (local storage): the country you picked for the shipping estimate, so the cart and checkout remember it.
- checkoutEmail (session storage): your email address, kept only while you pay with PayPal so we can finish your order when you come back. Deleted when the tab closes.
- checkoutDetails (session storage): the name, address and payment method you typed at checkout, so the form is not empty if you come back from PayPal or a payment fails. Deleted when your order is placed or the tab closes.
Third parties
When you choose to pay with PayPal you leave our site; PayPal sets its own cookies under its own policy. The contact page embeds Google Maps, so when you open that page Google loads the map and may set its own cookies under its own policy; the "Open in Google Maps" link takes you to the Google website. Links to Instagram and TikTok open those sites in a new tab.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics, they will stay off until you accept them, with a Reject button as visible as the Accept button, and this page will be updated.
